Fill out the contact form above or call/text us directly. We'll confirm availability, send you a quote, and secure your date with a 50% non-refundable deposit.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to lock in your shoot date. The remaining balance is due before your final files are released.
We serve the Greater Philadelphia Area including Delaware County, Chester County, Philadelphia, the Main Line, and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for shoots outside the region.
Photography: 3–5 business days. 30-second video: 5–7 business days. 60-second video: 7–10 business days. Rush options available on every service.
We accept Zelle (preferred), PayPal Business, Venmo Business, and cash for local transactions. Invoices unpaid after 7 days are subject to a 1.5% weekly late fee.
One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations or reschedule requests within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
We'll cover everything in your pre-production consultation call. Generally: have your branding materials, logos, and any specific messaging ready. For real estate, ensure the property is clean and staged.
Upon full payment you receive usage rights for business and promotional purposes. Raw unedited footage remains SPEC Media Group's property unless separately purchased ($150–$200 flat).
You provide platform access and deliver your content each month. We write the captions, apply hashtags, and schedule everything to post across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn on your behalf.
Yes — your usage rights cover business and promotional purposes including paid advertising. If you need specific ad formats or sizes, let us know at booking and we'll format accordingly.
